Light-curable adhesives
Light-curable adhesives are available in two types: UV-light curable and visible-light curable. They are one-liquid adhesives that undergo polymerization curing at room temperature as they react with high sensitivity to wavelength regions emitted by each light irradiating device. We offer products that employ UV-light and anaerobic curing mechanisms as well as visible light and UV-light curable polymer products in order to meet the requirements of different adherend structures.
High Functional Reactive Adhesives
ARON MIGHTY is a line of high functional reactive adhesives. We offer a wide range of distinctive grades developed using our proprietary technologies for epoxy, urethane, and nylon, which are used in many different fields from electronic materials to automotive and building materials.
Hot melt adhesives
Hot melt adhesives are thermoplastic adhesives that are solid at room temperature, but melt and turn to liquid when heated for application to an adherend. As they cool a bond is formed. This cooling solidification shortens the cure time and improves workability. We offer polyester and modified olefin systems so that our adhesives can be selected according to the adherend and application.
Film adhesives
We offer adhesives in film form. They ensure a uniform thickness of the adhesive layer, eliminate the application or drying process on site, as well as simplify the production of various composite films through laminate processing.
Silsesquioxane Derivative
The UV-curable SQ Series is an organic-inorganic hybrid material that combines an inorganic backbone with UV-curable organic functional groups at the molecular level. It is developed as a material for hard coats, sealants, heat resistant, and glass replacement. We offer a lineup of products that utilize radical polymerization and cationic polymerization.
Powder paints
ARON POWDER is an eco-friendly powder paint that uses no organic solvent. Powder paints are very economical as unused paint can be recovered and reused to reduce waste. The highly weather resistant grade of ARON POWDER is the most widely used powder coating for wiper blades in the world. The insulator grade version is best suited for coating precision components that require insulation.
